Suitable for automatic and semiautomatic cleaning with CIP and COP processes as well as for flooding production equipment. deconex CIP power-x removes particularly stubborn contaminants from reaction vessels (stainless steel, glass-lined and glass), fermenters, tanks and tubing as well
as from production equipment such as mixers, centrifuges and granulators.

deconex CIP power-x is also very effective for the removal of dried and baked residues from syntheses, organic and inorganic contaminants, distillation residues, dried fats and oils, phospholipids, ointments and creams, waxes, paint residues, lacquers and pigments.
Neutralization
Each cleaning step should be followed by an acid rinse to neutralize alkaline residues due to carry-over. As neutralizer for deconex CIP power-x, we recommend deconex CIP acid.
Note: When reprocessing tablet tooling the neutralization step
must be omitted.
