deconex CIP power-x is also very effective for the removal of dried and baked residues from syntheses, organic and inorganic contaminants, distillation residues, dried fats and oils, phospholipids, ointments and creams, waxes, paint residues, lacquers and pigments.

 

Neutralization

Each cleaning step should be followed by an acid rinse to neutralize alkaline residues due to carry-over. As neutralizer for deconex CIP power-x, we recommend deconex CIP acid.
Note: When reprocessing tablet tooling the neutralization step
must be omitted.

To confirm residue-free cleaning, we supply appropriate analytical methods and will be pleased to offer advice on how to perform them in practice.
