Quality Assurance
Fit testing for joints: The taper of the cones and sockets is verified using gauges and taper test tools before further processing to ensure the joints are secure and free from leaks.
Vacuum testing of mating joints: Mating joints are tested under a vacuum to confirm that the taper is even and no leaks are present.
Print color adhesion test: The printed markings on the glass are tested for color adhesion through acid boiling, scratch, and tape peel-off tests.
Precise Calibration: Each piece is calibrated at 0.003% accuracy with A-class tolerance, in accordance to German DE-M standard.
