InkTest MAX Seal Seam Integrity Test

The InkTest MAX is a new generation of ink tests for the routine testing of sealing seams as per ISO 11607-1 and ASTM F1929-23. The InkTest MAX (blue) is suitable for film and paper packaging, and InkTest MAX PLUS (red) is suitable for Tyvek®, PP fleece, PP non-woven and other polyolefin materials.

Instructions for Use

| 1. Insert 1 disposable cartridge into the pouch to be sealed. | 2. Once the package is sealed with a cartridge inside, fold the lid to break the cartridge and spill the liquid. | 3. When the cartridge is broken, the liquid rapidly distributes throughout the sealed pouch. The bright colored liquid will seep into any breach of the seal, making it easy to detect. |
