Steam-Thru Connectors

Brand: GMPTec

Our Steam-Thru Connector is a patented solution for sterile connections between stainless steel and plastic equipment. It attaches to containers and SIP tubing via a sanitary flange, often as part of a pre-sterilized assembly. With hose barb sizes from 6.4mm to 12.7mm, it allows quick connections to various tubing types. It supports vacuum applications up to 8.6 bar and is sterilizable.

Features

Benefits

  • Patented solution for connecting stainless steel and plastic equipment.
  • 3 connection points: Links to existing stainless-steel equipment (e.g., vessels), connects to tubing for steam-sterilization exhaust, and is pre-installed with a gamma-sterilized single-use system for product flow.
  • Easy handling even with gloves.
