The sterilisation tray range holds smaller items that are difficult to keep track of during sterilisation as well as larger items with small parts. Our mesh trays and instrument trays are heavy duty stainless steel for tough, clean, and corrosion-resistant surfaces.
Locking Tags are designed to identify instruments, trays, and trolleys as they move from sterilisation to staging areas to procedures. Tags indicate special handling instructions, secure trays and carts from tampering and quickly identify priority instruments for repair and sterilisation.

Nic-Nac Baskets are designed to transport small items through the wash and autoclave process. All Nic-Nac Baskets are produced with a perforated stainless-steel sheet with a scalloped hinged lid.
CBM basket ranges are manufactured with AIS1304 grade stainless steel and can be used within sterilisation containers or with sterilisation wrap. Due to electro polishing, they are resistant to colour changes and have a surface treatment that increases their water drainage capacity.
Plastic Sterilisation Trays are designed to cover most requirements for protecting instruments during sterilisation and transportation. Grid holes in the tray provide drainage, fixing positions for various inserts, and buttons to raise silicone pin mats from the base. Transparent lids are strongly fitted to provide additional security and ensure all contents are highly visible. Suitable for low temperature sterilisation processes.

Tags
Locking Tags are designed to identify instruments, trays, and trolleys as they move from sterilisation to staging areas to procedures. Tags indicate special handling instructions, secure trays and carts from tampering and quickly identify priority instruments for repair and sterilisation.
Tags are available in a wide range of styles, colours, and locking configurations. Printed tags with special handling instructions, as well as uniquely numbered tags, are available as a standard product.
Breakaway Tags are also available in a range of colours and can be written on with a permanent lab marker. They must be cut or broken to open, providing a secure lock.
Write-On Tags allow you to write specific handling instructions on each tag when more detailed communication is necessary. These tags attach to instruments and trays with ties and are larger and more visible than our other tags, ensuring that detailed instructions will be seen by all.
Metal Tray Tags easily clip onto the edge of a tray and provide ample space for identification, tracking and barcoding needs. Stainless steel for durability.
